Collective Presencing. Every time I come to this place, I get a huge charge of animating energy surging through my body. But most of the time I’m not able to hold it properly or express it fully. It then becomes frantic and quite intense. I don’t know its almost like I have this energy but don’t want to do harm anyone. Because of that I then suppress it. But ironically exactly in this act it becomes way more chaotic and uncomfortable. Which is picked up by sensitive people. So yea, next time I try to hold it better and ground it. Feel it first and then express it.
